The Village at Waterville Landing

• The Village at Waterville Landing is an approximately 350 Ac. mixed use subdivision consisting of commercial, retail, multi-family residential and single family residential.

• The project includes an approximately 5,300’ main collector road.

• The storm water from the main collector road and a portion of the residential land is being drained and treated with bioretention ponds.

• The bioretention ponds are beneficial because they treat the pollutants draining off the road, they reduce the amount of storm water leaving the site and the utility infrastructure costs for the bioretention ponds are less then a traditional storm sewer system.
